摘要
介绍了从脱脂豆粕中提取大豆低聚糖的制备工艺,通过多次实验确定了浸提、活性炭脱色和离子交换脱盐等过程的较优工艺参数,同时对成品低聚糖粉末的成分进行了测定。
This paper introduces the conditions for soybean oligosaccharide production from soybean cake. According to the optimum conditions, the data of extraction , decolorize and ion exchange are given , and the contents of produced oligosaccharides powder are analysed.
