摘要
骨质疏松症是常见的老年性疾病,日前尚无有效的预防和治疗手段。降钙素是一种多肽激素,能调节体内钙的代谢,对骨质疏松症有一定的疗效。本文简要阐述了降钙素用于治疗骨质疏松症的机理、方法、效果以及应用前景。
Osteoporosis is a commonly disease happened in elderly people, there isn＇t an effective method in osteoporosis prevention and therapy so far. Calcitonin is a polypeptide hormone which modulate Ca^＋ metabolism, thus has some effect on osteoporosis therapy. The mechanism, method, efficacy and clinical potential of calcitonin in osteoporosis therapy were discussed here.
