摘要
对甘薯中的活性成分糖蛋白提取纯化工艺进行了研究。结果表明,甘薯糖蛋白提纯的最佳条件为:室温条件下水浸提,料液体积比为1∶6,提取时间为1h,提取次数3次,上清液加无水乙醇沉淀,透析3d,经DEAE-52柱层析,进一步经SephadexG-100柱层析,经定性、定量分析得到了甘薯糖蛋白纯品,是一种切实可行的甘薯糖蛋白提纯生产方法。
The extraction techniques for SPG in sweet potato were studied in this paper. The results showed that the procedure was optimal to extract SPG when extracted in room temperature using water as the solvent, raw material and water ratio is 1:6, extracting time is 1 hour and extracting times are 3. SPG was precipitated by alcohol and dialyzed 3 days, separated by using DEAE-52 and Sephadex G -100 gel chromatogram, and analysed by qualitative methods. The extraction technology was showed to be a feasible way to extract SPG from sweet potato.
