摘要 茶叶是一种良好的药物和保健饮料,但是不适当的储存和加工会影响茶叶的质量。本文利用热解吸装置与气相色谱仪及质谱仪联用,对茶叶在极端高温环境下产生的挥发性有机气体产物进行了在线测试,并分析了其产生的原因。 Tea is a kind of good medicament and healthful beverage.But the quality will be affected when being deposited or treated unsuitably. By using thenmal desorption equipment joined with GC/MS in this paper, the volatile organic gas products were determined online, and the possible reason was analyzed too.
