介绍了浸入式水口的两种烘拷方式,即煤气燃烧方式和抽风式,经理论分析和使用认为抽风式是比较有效的烘烤方式,并结合唐钢薄板坯连铸浸入式水口的烘烤状况,从烘烤炉的大小、开始抽风的时间和流量等方面对浸入式水口烘烤温度的影响因素进行了分析。
The preheating ways of the SEN , the gas -burner and the evacuated -firebox were briefly introduced. The evacuated - firebox is the more effective way for preheating SEN. The factors affecting the preheating temperature field of the SEN were analyzed. For the preheating system of the FTSC SEN at Tangsteel, the size of the evacuated - firebox, the preheating starting time and the evacuating flux are main factor affecting the preheating result of the SEN.
