带凹槽的新老混凝土粘结面渗透性能试验研究

摘要 采用新老混凝土复合圆台柱体粘结试件,对72个带凹槽的老混凝土粘结面与新混凝土粘结的渗透性进行了试验研究。主要考察了凹槽宽度、界面剂等对粘结面渗透性能的影响,并对粘结面的等效水力隙宽、渗透系数以及渗透规律进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在老混凝土表面刻槽,可提高新老混凝土粘结面的抗渗性能;界面剂可改善粘结面的抗渗性能。粘结面的等效渗透系数约为1.94×10-8~4.03×10-9cm/s。 The permeability of fresh-old concrete bonding interface with notch groove on 72 cylindrical specimens is studied experimentally. The influences of the notch groove width, bonding agent on the permeability are investigated and then the equivalent hydraulic fracture width and permeability coefficient and mechanical parameter are analyzed as well. The test results show that the impermeability of the interface of the fresh-old concrete can be improved with the bonding agent placed in the notch groove made on the surface of the old concrete. The formulas for calculating permeability coefficient and equivalent width of hydraulic fracture of the interface are proposed based on the experimental data herein.
