摘要
本文论述了一种针对含硫较高的铁精矿所采用的磁选-重选-浮选的联合流程。使用这个流程,可使铁精矿含硫量降到0.24%,与此同时,再对高硫的尾矿进行一次精选,从即可以得到含硫为33.40%的硫精矿,达到了综合利用无废清洁工艺的国家标准。
This text discussed an united-process that "magnetic separation-gravity separation——floation" should be adopted to iron concentrat which contain more sulfur. That can make the quantity of sulfur decrease to 0.24%. At the same time, we can have a separation to tails which contain more sulfur. Thus, we can get the sulfur concentrate containing sulfur 33.40% , that can reach the standard of nation for integration-utilizing cleaning technics with no rubbish.
