丝/苏氨酸激酶Pim-3基因对急性肝功能衰竭肝保护效应的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 急性肝功能衰竭(ALF)是常见的临床急重病症,缺乏特殊有效的治疗药物,现基因治疗成为该病治疗研究的热点。作为丝/芬氨酸激酶Pim家族的重要成员,Pim-3基因在细胞生长通路中起重要作用,已知Pim-3基因在损伤周围组织和增殖活跃的肝组织内均出现极高水平的表达。这提示Pim-3基因可能在损伤肝组织的修复中扮演重要角色。
