籼型三系不育系水稻花时滞候解除研究Ⅱ 花时的温湿生态因子效应 被引量:5

摘要 对不同温湿度时域对不育系花时的生态效应进行了报道。试验结果表明,当不育系在温高湿大时域抽穗开花时,不育系的花时相对提早且较集中,与恢复系花时相遇率相对要好,不育系的柱头外露率增加,花粉萌发率提高。不育系的异交结实率得到明显提高(提高9.62%~11.46%)。 It is reported that the effect on the blooming time of the female parent in different date with different temperature and moisture. The results were as follows: When the heading and flowering dates of MS line was in the dates with high temperature and heavy moisture the male sterile(MS) line flowered earlier and more concerntratively, the blooming MS line meeted well with that of restore line, the rate of stigma excertion of MS line increased, the rate of pollen germination incereased, thefore, the out crossing rate of MS line increased significantly (8.62% ̄11.46%).
