摘要
以煤矿生产过程中产生的高悬浮物酸性矿井污水为实验对象,研究了“重力沉淀—中和滤池—曝气—混凝—过滤”污水处理工艺,实验证明该工艺在中和酸性矿井污水时具有较高的SS、Fe、Mn、SO42-去除效果。通过实验设计的一体化处理设备应用于实践,证明经该工艺处理后出水可达排放标准要求。
The experiments aim at the acidic colliery effluent with highly concentrated suspended matter in the process of coal production. The technology of the process treatment of effluent "gravitational settling -neutralizing filter- aeration- coagulation- filtration" has been studied. The experiments proves that this technology can neutralize the acidic colliery effluent, as well as has better removal rates of SS, Fe, Mn, SO4^2-. The application of the equipment designed integratively proves that its results can meet the demands of discharge standard.
