摘要
用小鼠热板法和扭体法研究氯胺酮、可乐定、羟丁酸钠单用及合用的镇痛效应。结果表明，这三种药物单用均有一定镇痛作用；两药合用时镇痛作用增强；
nalgesic effect of ketamine, clonidine and sodium hydroxybutylate used alone or in combination was studied by hot plate test and writhing test in mice. Results show that ketamine(20mg/kg)clonidine(0.5mg/kg)or sodium hydroxybutylate(200mg/kg) had certain analgesic effect when used alone. The analgesic effect was potentiated when any two of three drugs were administered together. The strongest analgesia was shown when three drugs were used in combination.
