摘要 采用振动球磨法制备Fe-6.5%Si(质量分数)硅钢微粉,试验中对硅钢粉末进行不同球料比、不同球磨时间、干法球磨和湿法球磨制备微粉试验。结果表明:随着球磨时间的延长,颗粒尺寸变细,球磨12h后,颗粒细化速度变慢;加大球料比及延长球磨时间可进一步细化粉末粒度,但对粉末的粒度分布无影响;湿磨比干磨制粉效率高,粒度分布多在小粒级范围内。 Fe-Si fine powder is prepared by vibration ball milling. In the tests the fine silicon steel powder is prepared with different ratio of the ball materials, in different milling time, using .the dry ball milling process and the wet ball milling process. Results show that with the elapse of milling time the grain size turns to be finer and 12 h later the refining speed of the grain becomes slower. Although increase the ratio of the ball materials and extension of the milling time can very possibly further refining the powder, yet it is of little effect on the distribution of the grain size. The wet ball milling process plus dry ball milling process are of high efficiency in preparation of the fine powder and the distribution of the grain sizes is controlled within the limit of fine grain category.
