摘要
目前,吐哈油田各采油厂大部分油井含水高,腐蚀结垢现象日益突出。尤其温米采油厂、鄯善采油厂的电潜泵井结垢、腐蚀最为严重,机抽井次之。其中,电潜泵井结垢率为100%,机抽油井结垢、腐蚀率达60%。不但降低油井产量、造成生产管线或设备堵塞,还缩短了检泵周期,增加了成本。针对这些问题对油井结垢原因和机理进行分析,研制出适合温米油田的固体缓蚀阻垢剂。并通过动态模拟研制出配套的释放工具,以减缓阻垢剂的释放速度,防止油井结垢,延长检泵周期。
Currently, the water cut of the most of oil wells in Tuha oil field is high. The corrosion and scaling is increasingly serious, especially in the electro submersible pump wells and the rod -pumped wells. Among them, the scaling rate of the electro submersible pump wells is 100 percent, while that of the rod - pumped wells is 60 percent, which not only makes the wells' output decreased ,but the production tube line or equipments plugged. Moreover, the checking pump's cycle is also shortened, and the cost is increased. In order to solve these problems, the reasons and mechanism of scaling are analyzed ; the solid corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor available for Wenmi oil field are developed. By dynamic simulation, the suitable releasing tool can be developed, which can not only slow down the scale inhibitor~ releasing space, prevent scaling of the oil wells, but also extend the cycle of checking pump.
