摘要
BaTiO3陶瓷以其优异的铁电、压电和绝缘性能广泛应用于体积小、容量大的电子器件材料,但其在一定的工作温度区间介电常数却呈现不稳定变化。对其常用的改性方法进行了分类和阐述,同时对Nb2O5掺杂改性对BaTiO3陶瓷介电性能的影响作了简单介绍,最后讨论了Nb2O5在多层陶瓷电容器制备领域的应用和重要性。
BaTiO3 ceramics are widely applied in the field of electronic devices materials with small volume and large capacity due to its ferry-electric, pizza-electric and insulating properties, but its dielectric constant is often unstable at a range of working temperature. In this paper, BaTiO3 modification methods were reviewed. Meanwhile, the effect of incorporation of Nb2O5 doped on dielectric property of BaTiO3 ceramics was introduced. In the end, the application and importance of Nb2O5 on preparation of multi-layer ceramic electric capacitor were discussed.
