摘要
富民桥为折线形双塔单索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,主梁0号块段结构复杂,体积庞大,因混凝土浇筑施工正值冬季,采用暖棚法进行冬季大体积混凝土施工。介绍了在-10℃左右的天气情况下通过对混凝土生产、运输、浇筑、养护过程中保温及质量控制措施的采用和实施而顺利施工0号块混凝土的成功经验。
Fumin Bridge is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with double kinked pylons and single cable plane. The segment No. 0 of the main girder of the Bridge is structurally complicated and is massive in volume. As the concrete construction for the segment happens to be in the winter season, the warm shed method is used for the construction. In this paper, the successful experiences of the construction in about -10 ℃ weather by means of thermal isolation and strict quality control over the process of the production, transportation, casting and curing of the concrete, are presented.
