摘要
混凝土质量检测以前主要采用钻孔取芯等传统检测方法。由于一些新技术、新工艺和新设备的引进,导致混凝土浇筑速度加快,传统的检测方法不能满足混凝土质量检测的要求,必须寻求新的快速、有效的无损检测方法。本文通过制作混凝土模型,内部设置了混凝土浇筑过程中易出现的质量缺陷,利用地质雷达技术对其进行探测。通过试验研究,表明利用地质雷达技术可以探测到较小尺寸的缺陷体,而且混凝土龄期越短,探测效果越明显。
The core drilling was used for detecting the concrete quality in the past. Due to the appareanee of new technologies and new equipment that speed up the concreting, the traditional methods can't satisify the requestments of the concrete quality detection, so the more fast and effective non-destruct detection methods are needed. We had done concrete quality detection by using georadar, but it was mainly used for detecting the cementation quality between the concrete and the interface, such as detecting the cementation status between the tunnel or cave lining concrete and the wall rock. In this paper, the concrete models with defects that often appear in concretes are detected by using georadar. The results indicate that georadar can detect the defect bodies with much small scales, and the detection effects are more effective for the new concrete.
