摘要
强调高职院校图书馆进行网上参考咨询的必要性和重要性 ,并对高职院校网上参考咨询进行现状分析和前景预测。结合实际提出几点工作思路 ,以供其它高职学校图书馆参考。
This article emphasizes on the necessity and importance of online reference and consultation in library of higher vocational and technical college, analyzes the current condition and predicts prospect online reference and consultation. Connecting with the reality, the author gives some work ways of thinking in order to provide other library for reference.
