摘要
报告总结了组建西昌学院以来,在学科专业整合、建章立制、学科队伍建设、教育教学改革、科学研究、图书馆建设等方面的工作;提出了西昌学院今后教学科研工作的基本思路,即创新观念,实现三个转变;以教学为中心,全面提高教学质量;规范管理,迎接教育部本科教学合格评估;规划长远,建设特色专业;增加投入,提高科研水平。
The report has made a brief summay of arrangement and combination of majors and subjects, establishment of rules and systems construction of academic contingent, reform of education and teaching, research of science and construction of library since the establishment of Xichang College; and presented a basic thinking of the work for teaching and scientific research, bringing forth nwe ideas and realizing the Three Changes, focuring on the center of teaching and improving the teaching quality to meet the requirement of the qualified estimation of teaching for undergraduate courses from the Educational Department of China, planing long term projects and constructing distinguishing majors investing increasingly and improving the level of scientific research.
