摘要
根据国家“863”计划项目“套管井双封隔器单元研制”中液压控制系统的要求,研制了一种用于井下测试器液压控制系统中控制液流方向的新型节流/密封阀。该阀不仅具有密封阀的通断功能,还具有节流阀的流量控制功能。由于其特殊的功能要求和性能要求使其在组成和结构等方面有别于常规的两位两通阀。通过阀杆、保护套、弹簧等零件的巧妙设计和配合,并选择合适的直流电动机控制方案,达到了预期目的。室内和现场实验表明,节流/密封阀各方面性能均达到了设计要求。
According to the demand of hydraulic control system of the State '863 Plan' subject 'Development of Dual Packer in Cased Well', a novel throttle/seal valve was developed for controlling the fluid flow direction in the hydraulic control system of downhole tester. This new kind of valve has not only the connecting and disconnecting function of seal valve, but also the flow control function of throttle valve. It is different from the ordinary two-way valve in structure because of its particular demands of function and performance. Through the skillful design and collocation of the parts of sliding bar, protective sleeve and spring, as well as the choice of the right control scheme of direct current electromotor, the anticipated goal was achieved. Both laboratory and field experiments showed that every performance of the valve satisfied the demands of the design.
