摘要
用激光共聚焦显微镜的细胞＂ＣＴ＂、双重荧光标记、全自动图像分析及全自动摄影等技术研究鼻咽癌细胞ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ体外增殖和凋亡时核ＤＮＡ和胞质微丝的分布，获得了高质量图像，显示了不同光切面核ＤＮＡ的变化、胞质微丝的分布、核与胞质微丝间的相互关系以及胞核ＤＮＡ三维空间结构，为研究鼻咽癌细胞增殖和凋亡时核ＤＮＡ与胞质做丝的形态结构提供了一个新的方法。
Using the laser con focal technique, including cell'CT',double fluocence-label and auto-imageanalysis, DNA and microflament (MF) of NPC cell line,CNE-2Z,in proliferation and apoptosis were observated. High quantity images were acquired,DNA and MF distribution,morphological measurement ofnuclear,relationship between nuclear and MF were studied.It is indicated that a new method for reseachon morphological changs of NPC proliferation and apoptosis was provided.
