摘要 从3种树脂中选择了D-101树脂为纯化甘草酸的最佳树脂。考察了各种因素对D-101树脂吸附和洗脱甘草酸的影响。实验结果获得吸附最佳条件为:上样液pH值6-8,甘草酸浓度5.710mg/mL,流速为1mL/min;洗脱最佳条件为:乙醇洗脱剂浓度50%和洗脱液流速1mL/min。洗脱产物甘草酸纯度最高达82.38%。 The resin D - 101 was selected from 3 kind of resins as the most suitable resin for the purification of glycyrrhizic acid. The effects of various factors on adsorption and desorption of glycyrrhizic acid by D - 101 resin were investigated. The experiment determined the optimal adsorption conditions: pH upstream solution 6 -8,concentration of glycyrrhizic acid 5.710mg/mL, flow rate lmL/min and the optimal de- sorption conditions:concentration of alcohol 50 % (wt), flow rate of de - sorption agent solution 1mL/min, under which the purity of glycyrrhizic acid of the product reached 82.38 %.
