摘要
机械制造业中,机床主轴和导轨的热变形对机床的加工精度影响很大.运用传统的计算方法和有限元方法分析了机床主轴和导轨的变形.通过对比发现,有限元方法对机床导轨和主轴的变形分析较准确和直观,其结果为现代制造业精密加工提供了可靠的参考数据和理论依据.
The deformations of machine tool spindle and slideway are analyzed by using the traditional method and the finite element method, by contrasting, it is found that the results of the finite element method are accurate and visualized , which has provided the reliable reference data and the theoretical guide for the modem manufacturing and precise processing.
