摘要
《国家电网公司“十一五”通信发展规划》在国家电网公司“两会”上获得通过,它的编制完成是公司系统共同努力的结果。文章简要说明了电力通信规划的编制背景,介绍了规划的主要内容,其中包括通信网现状和存在的问题、业务需求预测、取得的成效等。进一步说明“十一五”通信规划所制定的发展目标是科学、合理的,建设项目也是切实可行的。
The 1 1th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan has been approved by State Grid Corporation of China early this year. The accomplishment of the plan is a result of joint efforts and hard work of the people and companies involved. This paper briefly describes the background of the plan, introduces its main contents, including the current situations and existing problems of the telecommunication network, service demand forecasting, a,s well as the existing and prospective achievements. The paper also states that the development goal of the 11th Five-Year Telecommunications Plan is scientific and rational, and the planned projects are feasible.
