摘要
膨胀剂对于现代混凝土特别是对有防渗抗裂要求的混凝土来说是一种重要的原材料,理论上掺膨胀剂的混凝土具有超过普通混凝土的一些优点,如抗渗性能优越,快硬早强,后期强度高,抗硫酸盐性能好等,但在工程实践中,掺膨胀剂的混凝土并未达到理想中的效果。原因是多方面的。文章通过试验,主要对膨胀剂在补偿收缩混凝土中的关键作用作了些阐述,提出膨胀剂在应用方面应注意的几点建议。
Expansive agents is an important raw material for contemporary concrete, especially for concrete have the demand of avoiding-penetrating and anti-cracking, theoretically, concrete add expansive agents has the superiority than that didn＇t add. i.e, it has the superiority of avoiding penetration, quick stiffening, high stress of later period and the better performance for anti- sulfate, but in project practice, the concrete add expansive agents hasn＇t reached the result we expected. The reason is various. In this article, I states the key role of expansive agents in compensating shrinkage concrete and poses several proposal in using expansive agents.
