摘要
对目前国际上甘薯膳食纤维的研究现状,及已有的提取甘薯膳食纤维的方法进行了介绍,为实现甘薯膳食纤维产业化生产提供了技术指导。
In this paper, we summarized the recent worldwide achievement on the researches of sweet potato dietary fiber （SPDF）, including the significance of the exploitation of SPDF and its physiological function on human health. Meanwhile, we introduced some main methods of SPDF extraction on purpose to give technique guidance in the industrialization of SPDF produce.
