摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)为主体,N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)为疏水单体,2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为极性阴离子单体,采用自由基胶束共聚法,合成驱油用耐温抗盐三元聚合物(PAD)。考察了影响共聚反应的各种因素和变化规律,讨论了功能性单体的含量对共聚物性能的影响,并对其耐温抗盐性能进行综合测试。结果表明,合成的三元聚合物具有良好的耐温抗盐性能。
The copolymers (PAD) were synthesized from acrylamide (AM), 2- acrylamide-2-methylpropane-sulfonic acid (AMPS) and N, N- dimethylacrylamide (DMAM) by free radical micellar copolymerization. Factors effecting terpolymerization and properties of terpolymer namely resistance to high temperature and tolerance to high salt content were investigated. The results showed that the terpolymer had good tolerance to high salt content and high temperature.
