摘要
对辽河油区海外河油田海1块实施氮气泡沫调驱用泡沫剂性能进行评价,其中静态评价内容有泡沫剂与地层水的配伍性,起泡能力和稳定性,油敏性,耐盐抗二价离子能力以及热吸附性;动态评价方内容有动态封堵能力,泡沫剂用量的筛选。评价结果表明,泡沫剂A发泡能力较好,性能稳定,耐钙离子能力强,阻力因子大于4,可与氮气作为暂堵剂体系。建议现场施工中使用泡沫剂A含量为0.5%的泡沫剂溶液,注入量0.2PV,氮气注入量也是0.2PV较适宜。
Nitrogen foaming agent used in Hau Block 1, Haiwaihe Oilfield for profile modification was evaluated from both static and dynamic aspects. Static evaluation included compatibility of foaming agent with formation water, foamability, stability, oil sensitivity, resistance to salt and divalent cation as well as heat adsorption. Dynamic evaluation included dynamic sealing ability and screen of foaming agent dosage. The results showed that foaming agent A had strong foamability with stable performances and strong resistance to calcium ion, and resistance factor larger than 4, which could be used as temporary sealing agent. It is highly recommended to use the foaming agent solution with concentration of 0.05 % of foaming agent, injection volume of 0.2 PV and nitrogen injection volume of 0.2 PV.
