摘要
高校人力资源人格的独立性、工作的专业性、需要的多重性等特点,使得其更需要激励机制的完善。构建高校人力资源激励机制应遵循人本原则、公平原则、竞争原则和效益原则,主要途径为:引入竞争机制,实行全员岗位聘任制;完善评价机制,建立发展性评价制度;改革分配制度,建立合理的薪酬制度和差异化的薪酬体系;积极探索和建立高校人力资源激励效应的检验与反馈机制,从而充分发挥人力资源的主观能动性,以促进高校的长远发展。
The features of the independent personality, professional work, multiple needs make human resources of colleges and universities to require the perfection of incentive mechanism. In the construction of incentive mechanism of human resources in colleges and universities, the principles of humanism, fairness, competition and efficiency should be followed. The main ways of the construction are as follows: to introduce competition mechanism; to improve evaluation mechanism; to reform distribution system; to explore and establish inspection and feedback mechanism of incentive effect of human resources of colleges and universities. The above-mentioned ways are intended to enable human resources to fully play the initiative so as to promote the long-term development of colleges and universities.
