采用三种不同材料的斜槽、法拉第筒和数字电荷仪,研究了三种粉状RDX在摩擦条件下产生的静电带电量。结果表明,在温、湿度相同时,摩擦静电量与斜槽材料、倾斜角度、RDX粒度和是否添加抗静电剂有关。文中还讨论了粉状炸药摩擦带电机理及消除静电的基本措施,为生产使用这类炸药提供了安全数据。
The quantity of static electricity of three kinds of powder RDX, produced in the friction condition is tested by adopting three groups of instruments with different materials: flume, faraday canister and digital charge meter. The result indicates that in the identical temperature and humidity, the quantity of frictional static electricity is related to the material and the gradient angle of flume, the granularity of RDX, and whether appending the antistatic or not. In addition, the paper discusses the principle on friction and electrification of powder explosive and measures on eliminating the static electricity, which provide safety data to apply such kind of explosives.
