摘要
无刷直流电机霍尔传感器的主要作用是实现换向,其分辨率比较低。在闭环的位置和速度控制系统的设计中,为了使系统简单可靠和成本低,倾向于只用电机自身的霍尔传感器的信号进行位置和速度反馈,不需要另外安装别的检测元件如光电脉冲编码器等。在这种情况下,提高霍尔传感器输出的反馈信号的分辨率是很重要的。本文提出了一种数字化细分方法,基于该方法,反馈信号的分辨率可提高6倍。该方法已经成功地获得了实际应用。
The main function of HALL sensor in BLDC motor is realizing commutation,so it has low resolution.For the sake of simplicity and low cost,in some closed-loop position and velocity control system design,we use the HALL sensor to produce position and velocity feedback signal,thus do not need the optoelectronic pulse encoder.In this case,it is important to increase the resolution of feedback signal.A kind of digital method for subdividing feedback signal is presented in this paper.According to this method, the resolution of feedback signal can be increased six times.The method has already been applied in BLDC motor control system.
