摘要
为了揭示国内外对微观组织模拟研究的重要方法。利用了确定性模型和随机性模型相结合,建立晶粒形核和生长的物理、数学模型。结果表明,通过计算机技术,已能初步模拟出微观组织形态,并能预测铸件的力学性能。可见,微观模拟的发展广阔前景,有待在理论和实践中进一步完善。
To disclose the important methods of microstructure simulation all over the world, according to deterministic model and probabilistic model, nucleation and growth of the grain mathematic model can be set up. Microstructure modeling has been predicted primarily by computer, mechanical properties can be predicted fathomer. Microstructure simulation has great research potential and needs to be complement in further study both theoretically and practically.
