摘要
混凝土夹芯承重墙板是一种新型建筑材料,兼具保温隔音与承重双重功能,其应用对我国墙改有着重要的意义。但是,国内对此板承重性能研究很少,结合以往试验数据,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析了混凝土夹芯承重墙板的轴向受压力学性能。
Concrete sandwich wall-panel is a new developed building material. Its functions conclude heat preservation, sound insulation and load-bearing, which tightly meet the request of our national panel reform. But the theory and experiment of this panel is still limited. So in this paper, based on the experiment's datum detailed in the literature, a finite element (FE) analysis for an axial load - carrying performance of the concrete sandwich panel is given. And through the contrast of load - strain curve diagrams between the datum of this experiment and the result of the analysis, a conclusion is drawn that this model designed is fit to study the load-carrying performance of this panel. And then according to the FE model, the state of steel bar in and between the concrete panels was mainly discussed. The steels in concrete play a role of restrain the concrete, a way promote the concrete load-bearing performance; and the steels linked side concrete-panels secure the whole panel system stable. These conclusions are significative for application of this panel.
