摘要
建筑工程施工阶段是工程造价形成的主要阶段,其工程造价控制也是至关重要的。为了更好解决“三超”现象和充分利用三大目标的辩证关系,采用赢得值原理与MATLAB软件对工程进度/造价进行动态管理。
