摘要
对武钢三炼钢厂3号铸机生产的Q345C-Hq钢板坯内弧角横裂的成因进行了分析研究,发现该钢种的“塑性低谷区”温度范围较宽并偏高,而采用常规连铸工艺生产,矫直时板坯的角部处于钢种的脆性温度区,内弧因受张力而产生沿角部振痕谷底伸展的裂纹。为此,提出了减少二冷水量以提高铸坯温度,使铸坯在矫直区避开钢种的脆性温度范围的预防措施,试验表明:该措施对于预防板坯内弧角横裂是有效的。
Through analyzing the internal bow angle transverse crack of Q345C- Hq steel slab from 3 # ccm in No. 3 Steel- making plant. It has been found that the temperature range of "ductility low valley area " is wide and high . Under the conventional process, slab angle lies in brittleness temperature area when straightening slab , cracks expanding along angle mark valley bottom present because of tension . So , the preventing measures which reducing secondary cooling water quantity to increase slab temperature and making slab in the straightening area to avoid the temperature range has been put forward. The test shows measures are effective to prevent the internal bow angle transverse crack.
