摘要
以甘肃坪定金矿为研究对象,通过对中等嗜热菌的驯化,以及对矿石不同条件的细菌氧化和氰化浸出,证明中等嗜热菌对含雄黄、雌黄、黄铁矿、毒砂的矿石具有催化氧化作用,同时分析了细菌对含砷硫化矿的脱砷原理和影响因素。
Taking the gold ores from Gansu Pingding Gold Mine as the research object,by the way of domestication of moderate thermophile bacteria, the bacterial oxidation and cyanide leaching of the ores are performed under various technological conditions. Test results obtained proved that moderate thermophile bacteria have the ability of catalystic oxidation for the ore containing realgar, orpiment, pyrite, arsenopyrite. At the same time, the dearsenifying principle of As-containing sulphide ores under the action of bacteria is briefly discussed, and major factors influencing bacterial oxidation process are also analyzed.
