摘要
论证了创新计划坚持以产品创新为核心的必要性,通过模型对广西创新计划的绩效进行了评价,提出了以创新计划实现自主创新的根本途径。
This article proves the importance of insisting on innovation program, starting from the history of innovation program in Guangxi, We appraise the effectiveness of the innovation program centering product innovation through the models, We put forward the next step of working to realize indigenous innovation from innovation program.
