摘要 目的研究建立分泌性中耳炎豚鼠动物模型的方法,为分泌性中耳炎的动物实验研究提供一种有用的动物模型。方法采用血小板活化因子(PAF)制备豚鼠分泌性中耳炎动物模型,了解分泌性中耳炎听阈、中耳粘膜及咽鼓管粘膜的病理改变。结果听阈升高25耳,以低频为主,鼓膜呈内陷状,病理改变主要在中耳腔、咽鼓管;中耳腔有不同程度的渗出,以浆液性为主。结论PAF可导致中耳粘膜的炎症反应及中耳腔渗出,可为进一步研究分泌性中耳炎提供动物模型。 Objective To study the method of establishing the model of secretory otitis media. Methods The animal models of secretory otitis media were established by injecting platelet activating factor (PAF) into the middle ear of guinea pigs in order to understand the hearing threshold and the pathologic changes of middle ear and Eustachian tube mucisa. Results The hearing threshold of 25 ears was elevated in range of low frequency. The main pathologic change was secretion and infiltration of inflammatory cells in the middle ear and Eustachian tube. Conclusions PAF may induce the inflammatory reaction and effusion of the middle ear.
