随着人们物质生活水平的提高,肥胖者日益增多,严重威胁着人们的健康。采用科学的方法进行减肥和有效地控制体重,关系到人们的正常学习和生活。
Due to the raised living standard, more and more people suffer from obesity, which is increasingly threatening people's health. This paper puts forward suggestions on how to lose weight in a scientific way.
