摘要
以新的课程理念为指导,以“不求人人成功,但求人人进步”,作为教学评价的最终目标,提出并实施了在健美操教学中运用“共生效应”,组建互帮互助学习“共生圈”教学模式的实验研究,结果分析表明:“共生圈”教学模式为学生创造了个性化的学习环境,对培养学生的团队合作意识、学习兴趣、追求进步等方面有明显效果。
Guided by the new curriculum idea and taking “not asking all to be successful, but trying to help all to be progressive ” as the ultimate objective of the teaching appraisal, the article proposes “the paragenesis effect” in the Aerobics teaching and implements the teaching modle of “paragenesis group of cooperation”. The result shows: this teaching modle has created the personal learning environment for students and has made the greatest effect on cultivating student's consciousness, of team work study interests and pursuing progress.
