摘要
小型高分辨率光电编码器是发展机器人及相关科学技术的关键技术，是当前国际上的研究热点．它可用于机器人位置速度控制和微量超精密特殊环境下的机械测试技术．本文综述小型高分辨率光电编码器测量系统，并描述了这项技术的最新进展．
The miniature high resolution optoelectronic coder, which is aresearch focus in the world, is the key to develope robot and its relevantdevice.The coder can find applications in controlling the position and velocity of robot,mechanical measuring technique for micro & super precisionenvironment.The measuring system of miniature high resolution optoelectronic coder and its present progress are also introduced in this paper.
