摘要
非法证据排除规则与相关司法制度之间有内在必然联系,该规则的良性运行是一个系统工程。如果没有与之相配套的理念、制度,该规则的预期价值和功能将难以实现。
This article mainly discusses the intrinsically necessary contact between the exclusionary rule of the illegally obtained evidence and the correlative system, aiming at setting forth the rule＇ s running is a systemic engineering. Without matching idears, systems, the prospective values and functions of the exclusionary rule of the illegally obtained evidence couldn＇t realize.
