摘要
用液相法制备出Si-Mo涂层防氧化C/C,并对Si-Mo涂层的防氧化性能进行了测试。结果表明,St-Mo是一种性能优良的C/C防氧化涂层,可以在1650℃下工作10小时以上。同时对氧化前后涂层的裂纹形貌进行了分析。
Si-Mo oxidation protection coating for carbon-carbon composites is prepared in this paper. The weight changes of this coating in high temperature oxidation, thermal shocking oxidation and slow cooling oxidation are tested. The results show that the coating of 150 μm thickness can be used for more than 10 hours at 1650℃ or for 50 times thermal shock from 1500t to room temperature. APPearance of the coating crack before and after oxidation is also investigated. Crack size of the coating will drop from 2. sum to 1. 5μm.
