摘要
目的:探讨额部皮肤固位结构及其在整形美容外科中的意义。方法:解剖10具经甲醛固定的成人尸头的额部,观察额部皮肤固位结构;并切取颅顶部到眉区之间全层组织,HE染色,观察浅筋膜的膜层在颅骨膜的附着位置。结果:额部皮肤固位结构与浅筋膜的膜层有密切的关系,该部位的皮肤固位结构主要是眉内侧固位结构、额固位韧带、额肌下致密区、额骨颧突固位结构、眉区滑动结构,这些结构是限制额部皮肤上提的主要因素,它们的松解在额部皮肤上提术中具有重要作用。结论:上述皮肤固位结构的发现,为临床上额部皮肤老化、眉下垂矫正方法的改进提供了形态学基础。
Objective:To investigate the significance of skin retaining structure of forehead in plastic and aesthetic surgery. Methods: Dissecting 10 formalin fixed adult cadaver foreheads, skin retaining structures of forehead were observed. We also studied the adherent of membrane layer of superficial fascia to pericranium through cutting part of full thickness tissue from skull cap to eyebrow and hematoxylin - eosin stain. Results: Skin retaining structure in forehead is closely correlated with superficial fascia. These structures are inboard eyebrow retaining structure, forehead restricting ligament, tightness area under museulus frontalis, frontal bone zygomatic process retaining structure, gliding structure in eyebrow area. They are key restricting factors in forehead lifting. It is important to release them in operation. Conclusion: Skin retaining structures founded in the article can provide theoretic bases for skin aging in forehead and eyebrow ptosis.
