摘要
龙眼的平衡含水率是研究龙眼干燥和龙眼干贮藏的重要参数。应用静态法对龙眼进行了在不同温度和相对湿度条件下的解吸和吸湿平衡含水率的测定试验,分析了温度和相对湿度对龙眼平衡含水率的影响,比较了不同的平衡含水率模型对实验数据的拟合精度。
An indirect method was used to determine the equilibrium moisture content (EMC) for absorption and desorption of the longan fruit at 10℃~40℃ and 10%~90% relative humidity. It was found that there were significant moisture sorption hysteresis and that the EMC of the absorption and desorption decreased with increase in temperature. Based on the experiment data, the SAS NLIN Procedure was used to regress the Modified Henderson equation, the Modified Henderson-Thompson equation, the Modified Halsey equation and the Modified Oswin equation. The Modified Halsey equation was found to be significant and to provide the best agreement to the EMC curves for both the absorption and desorption of the longan fruit.
