桑黄口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:15

摘要 本试验探讨了由桑黄液体发酵液提取桑黄多糖制成的口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,桑黄口服液高剂量组(40 mL.kg-1)能显著增加小鼠的胸腺和脾脏的重量,中剂量组(20 mL.kg-1)、高剂量组能显著提高小鼠碳粒廓清率的吞噬指数,腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率由对照组的13.7%分别提高到22.2%和34.7%,差异达极显著水平.可见桑黄口服液具有提高网状内皮系统功能的作用,可显著增强免疫功能. Phellinus igniarius is a kind of rare offieinal fungi. This paper explored the effect of P. igniarius oral liquid which was made of P. igniarius polysaccharide extracted from liquid fermentation on mice's immunity function. Compared with blank control groups, high dose treatment of P. igniarius oral liquid (40 mL· kg^-1 ) obviously put on the weights of mice's liver spleen and thymus gland, and middle dose (20 mL· kg^-1) and high dose treatments improved the phagocytic index of mice's charcoal clearance and increased the swallow percent of mice's peritoneoscope macrophage from 13.7% of blank control groups to 22.2% or 34.7% of treated groups respectively, the difference reached extreme siggificance level. So, the P. igniarius oral liquid can obvriously enhance the function of retieuloendothelial system and improve the immunity function.
