摘要
职业倦怠是由于压力长期积累而形成的紧张状态。高校教师产生职业倦怠的原因主要是职业压力、角色冲突、管理体制的欠缺及个体心理因素的影响等,通过缓解工作压力、改革高校管理体制提升教师公平感、自我调节等措施,可以预防和缓解职业倦怠。帮助高校教师摆脱职业倦怠,对于我国高等教育的发展具有重要意义。
Job burnout is a long accumulated tension of mental state. College teachers' job burnout mainly accounts for such factors as career pressures, role conflicts, management defects and the individual's psychological make-ups. Therefore, job burnout can be prevented and lessened by means of lifting college teachers' work pressures, improving the managing systems, strengthening their sense of fairness and their ability of self-adjustment. In a sense, it is of great significance for the development of China' s higher education to help college teachers rid themselves of their job burnout.
