摘要
目的观察杀虫剂天然除虫菊素对印鼠客蚤实验室的杀灭效果。方法药膜法。结果半数致死浓度LC50为2.06mg/L(2.19~1.93mg/L);随着药物浓度的逐渐增加,KT50呈现有规律的缩短,24h死亡率逐渐增高;当药物浓度为6.25、12.5、25、50、100mg/L时,KT50在4min和6min内的击倒率均大于75.0%,24h死亡率均大于98.0%。结论2%天然除虫菊素对印鼠客蚤杀灭效果较好,具有高效、速杀、无残留、无污染、对人畜安全等优点,在经济条件好的地区可用于灭蚤。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Pyrethrins against Xenospylla cheopis in the laboratory. Methods Residual smearing. Results The LC50 of Pyrethrins was 2. 06 mg/L (2. 19 × 1.93 mg/L ). The KT50 was getting shorter and shorter with the concentration gradually creasing, and the death rates of 24 hours were getting higher and higher, When the concentration of Pyrethrins were 6. 25 , 12. 5,25,50 and 100 mg/L ,the KT50 of Xenopsylla cheopis was above 75% within 4 minutes and 6 minutes,the death rate of 24 hours was above 98.0%. Conclusion The efficacy of Pyrethrins against Xenospylla cheopis was very good and Pyrethrins could be used to control the plague in the field.
