摘要
将番茄果实特异性启动子通过PCR的方法扩增出来,然后将其替代了pBIN438的CaMV35S启动子,并将乙肝表面抗原的S基因连接到载体上,以获得番茄果实特异性表达乙肝表面抗原的高效植物表达载体。
In this research we amplified the fruit - specific promoter of tomato by PCR, then substituted it for the CaMV35S promoter of pBIN438, and linked the gene of S of Hepatitis B surface antigen to this vector , in order to acquire Plant Expression Vector in which the tomato fruit - specific express Hepatitis B surface antigen.
