摘要
行星齿轮变速器的设计是一件复杂而困难的工作,故本文对由两个NGW型差动轮系构成的复合轮系进行了分析,从中找出几个适于变速器传动比范围的轮系,并配以制动器,构成传动方案简图,将这些简图和对应的传动比公式和传动比变化范围列入表中.设计时,只需根据变速器所需的传动比数值,从表中选出适合的方案简图进行组合,就得到行星变速器的总体传动方案简图和机构简图,同时,联立求解由表中查得的传动比公式,各轮系齿轮的齿数也能迅速计算出来.
The design of planet gear transmission is a kind of complicated and difficult work. Therefore, this paper analyzes the compound gear train made up of two NGW type differential gear trains, from which we select some trains suitable to the range of gear ratio of transmission to form the transmission design sketches assembled with brakes, and list the transmission design sketches with the relevant formulas of gear ratio and their range of changes in the table. During the design, we chose suitable design sketches from the table to assemble only according to gear ratio of transmission needed, and obtain the overall transmission design sketch of planet transmission and concise machine draft. Meanwhile, the corresponding gear ratio formulas can be found by referring to the table and the tooth number of various system gear trains can be calculated rapidly as well.
