摘要
对国内某型现役航空发动机的故障进行了收集整理,分别运用均值法、两参数和三参数的威布尔分布法对该型发动机的89起故障的故障间隔时间进行统计分析,得到了该型发动机的MTBF值。结果表明,威布尔分布能够较好地反映该型发动机故障间隔时间的真实分布规律,所得的MTBF结果更加合理可信。
The fault of some active service aero engine was collected and dressed,the averaging method and the Weibull distribution method with two and three parameters were used to statistical analyze the 89 faults time between failures of the aero engine so that the MTBF of the aero engine is acquired. The result shows that the Weibull distribution with two and three parameters can describe the true distribution rule of the time between failures of the aero engine well, and its result for MTBF is more reasonable and believable.
